Swim Platforms Inc. is now part of Formcrete Fiberglass Products
We’re excited to share that Swim Platforms Inc. has been acquired by Formcrete Fiberglass Products.
For over 40 years, Formcrete has been an Oklahoma-based fiberglass manufacturer specializing in precision, high-quality fiberglass parts for the precast concrete and rail industries. Operating from two climate-controlled buildings on a 7-acre facility — with a third building set to begin construction soon to support the Swim Platforms line — Formcrete brings decades of manufacturing expertise to this new chapter. Formcrete was the first Oklahoma member of the American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and expects to be ISO 9001 certified for quality by the end of this year.
With a Professional Engineer and experienced staff on hand, Formcrete offers custom parts through 3D modeling and in-house mold making on our CNC machine — the same precision and craftsmanship that will now go into every Swim Platform.
We’re proud to carry the Swim Platforms legacy forward, and we’re committed to continuing to support and develop the products our customers know and trust. Limited production will begin this year, with full-scale production starting in early 2027 once our new building is complete.
